For breakfast we ate blackberry and apple jam on pancakes.
The boys jokingly called it ratberry jam.
Last weekend we'd spent a happy afternoon collecting the berries.
Autumn – it gives me mixed feelings. Sad yet hopeful. It is the end of the year it is the beginning of the year.
