An evening on an expansive beach beneath a never-ending sky. The tide whispering outwards as bubbles and creaking sounds gently crackle across the sands.
There go my three, running around in the late dusk orangey glow. Their bare feet making salty water filled prints on the sea washed sand.
Do not be fooled into thinking how gloriously glowingly warm these images appear -

Thank you for all your lovely comments regarding my new slot of 'What's in a Name?', I am really touched that you thought it was worth saying something - thank you so much!
I will shortly send off the interrogations gently phrased questions to those of you who have very kindly agreed to be interviewed and welcome to my new followers - it is so lovely to see you!
That's about it for now, as I have So SO SO much sorting out still to do. Youngest still has one more day off school and is trying to finish his homework. He has insisted on staying in his PJs - saying something like it's to do with still being on holiday and Eldest is languishing upstairs in bed with some sort stomach bug......and I have to get ready for work - argh!
Is this why is reality so less appealing than holiday escapism?? *sigh*

:-)
ReplyDeleteI so know what you mean about living with reality!! I would rather have holiday escapasim any time!
